I'm hoping this will change when my niece get bigger and I can share in her 'girl' parties.Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13205669292864757736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8574569577771615103.post-16571513888941287672011-05-09T15:11:55.804-04:002011-05-09T15:11:55.804-04:00I know exactly how you feel. I should be better than to worry what the 8 and 12 yr old think. But sometimes, at least internally, I am not. :)Adriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07557820244862108140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8574569577771615103.post-78985570761480254522011-05-09T08:10:19.201-04:002011-05-09T08:10:19.201-04:00Wow, I'd love to have seen this party in perso...Wow, I'd love to have seen this party in person. My sister has two girls, so I've been to LOTS of 'girl parties' and NONE of them were like you described. It was all yelling, screaming, squealing, running, just general chaos! One the other hand, my son's parties were never like that. Maybe that's partially because I usually had his parties at an outside place (ex. bowling alley) so there wasn't much running around to be done. I would do 100 of his birthday parties over just 1 of the girls' parties.

All that being said, I'm glad you were able to enjoy yourself, and reclaim your cool!!ChiTown Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09240876368610100419noreply@blogger.com
